“The main pool had not been cleaned at all in the 3 days that we were there. There was tons and tons of things from trees floating everywhere in the pool. It was so bad that myself and other guest asked for a net so that we could clean up. But there wa sjust so much that it awful.”

“The property was clean and quiet. The mini kitchen looked nice, but we didn't use it. You can't see it from the main road, so that was weird. There is a Target across the street from the road it's on, so that's helpful if you need to stay for an extended time. If you need a quiet and clean place to stay for an extended time, this place is nice. It was further away than I thought from the stadium, which was the main reason I was in Tampa.”

“Staff is outstanding. 1970's type retro building. Cool but old. Indian restaurant on site was fabulous. Morning breakfast was above average but not great. Lots of coffee options. Room was a bit tired but more than sufficient. If looking for a reasonably priced hotel I would recommend. ”

“The most positive aspect of the hotel is it seems rather new, well built and is very quiet. The room was clean, temperature control was great and in room tv/entertainment also great. Staff is friendly and helpful.
The negatives, which are not really deal breakers for me were the location. It’s kind of in an industrial park. The pool area is extremely small. The housekeeping is slightly lacking. Apparently they only make the bed and take out trash. They didn’t replace the empty tissue box, which...

“We stayed here for 4 nights in March 2026. The location is absolutely fantastic - steps away from beautiful downtown Dunedin. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, modern and spacious. We’ve stayed in several places around Dunedin and this was definitely my favourite thus far. Keep up the great work!”
